The facility is still located in the Danville area, on 48 acres of privately owned land, with gentle rolling terrain.

Along with the beautiful setting, the facility has all the amenities to make a top level training center. Large All Weather Outdoor arena, over looking a 2 acre lake and open fields. Miles of Conditioning Trails, with gentle to moderate levels of grade to suit your conditioning needs All Weather Turnouts, Large turn outs will be available |

| 220 ft. by 110 ft. Indoor arena, features "Dust Free" polymer encapsulated sand footing . This footing is amazing it not only is virtually dust free and does not need watering, it will not compact and retains its resiliency |  |
| The Barns, 12 ft. by 14
ft. stalls with paddocks, both stalls and paddocks have rubber
mats along with private tack storage lockers.
Each stall has its own skylight for daytime and lights for the evening hours.
The ceiling of the entire barn length is insulated to provide warmth in
winter and cooler temps during the hotter summer days. Large automatic waters
and pellet bedding.
Large feed rooms for grain storage will also be available Blanketing, graining and turn out will be available from the stable management
